We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hotel! The receptionist, Mr. Tuan, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, exceeding our expectations. The hotel arranged all our tours and even organized a taxi for our airport transfer. We were also delighted by the delicious breakfast options, the free wi-fi in the rooms, and the 24-hour reception. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city's main attractions and fantastic restaurants. We highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Amazingly friendly staff, perfect location, incredibly spacious rooms with super cozy beds, offer affordable and diverse tours, complimentary delicious noodle soup breakfast. The ground floor's popular massage salon is a hit!

Great value for money, the room was spacious and comfortable with a good shower and even a balcony. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Old Town and within walking distance of all major sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with arranging activities and even saving us from missing our connecting flight with their assistance.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The 32-inch LED TVs in our rooms made movie nights super fun, and the DVD players were a bonus. We loved how close the hotel was to the lively nightlife scene, with plenty of bars and clubs to hang out with our friends. The staff were super cool and always gave us the best tips on where to party. Best vacay ever!

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a rooftop terrace or a chill-out zone where we could have pre-party drinks before hitting the town. That would have added an extra level of fun to our stay.
